At JumpPlus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your JumpPlus account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
